- Drain the coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

- Remove bolts (4), bolts (6), bolts (8), clamps (9), and tube assembly (5).

208 kg (459 lb) . - Remove bolts (19), bolts (21), and engine oil cooler (20).
- Install engine oil cooler (20) in the reverse order of removal.
- Lubricate the bore of tube assembly (5) with the fluid that is being sealed.
- Install clamps (9) to tube assembly (5). Hand tighten bolts (6) and bolts (8). Tighten bolts (6) to a torque of
47 ± 9 N·m (35 ± 7 lb ft) . Tighten bolts (8) to a torque of47 ± 9 N·m (35 ± 7 lb ft) . - Lubricate the bore of tube assembly (2) with the fluid that is being sealed.
