PROBLEM
The existing 286-2422 or 286-2421 Hose Assembly can fail on certain M318D MH and M322D MH Wheeled Excavators, equipped with straight nose stick. If the existing 286-2422 or 286-2421 Hose Assembly fails, it will leak/spray high pressure hydraulic oil. |

ACTION REQUIRED
All Groups: If the 286-2422 or 286-2421 Hose Assembly fails, replace both hose assemblies and tube assemblies listed as parts needed for the machine. Refer to Image1. All Groups: Replace the existing 286-2422 and 286-2421 Hose Assemblies with new 450-4289 and 450-4290 Hose Assemblies. Group 1 Machines: Replace the existing 286-2421 and 286-2422 Tube Assemblies with new 455-7640 and 455-7641 Tube Assemblies. Group 2 Machines: Replace the existing 329-2237 and 329-2238 Tube Assemblies with new 451-2292 and 451-2293 Tube Assemblies. |
