- 手动释放空气切断阀。 通过拉或压释放空气切断阀上的旋钮。 确保空气切断阀上的指示器径直向下指向"关闭"位置。 如果空气切断阀不触发，请参阅故障诊断与排除, "空气切断阀系统"。

- 通过将螺栓 (2) 从空气切断阀 (4) 的接头 (3) 上松开断开进气软管 (5)。
- 拆下将空气切断阀 (4) 安装到进气歧管上的螺栓 (6) 和垫圈。
- 拆下空气切断阀 (4) 后拆下密封垫。
注: 检查进气管中有无碎屑。

25 ± 6 N·m (18 ± 4 lb ft) 的扭矩。 - 将管组件 (1) 重新连接到空气切断阀 (4) 上。
- 复位空气切断阀上的指示器。 确保指示器上的箭头径直向上指向"打开"位置。
- 测试空气切断阀 (4) 是否正常工作，并参阅操作和保养手册, "空气切断阀"。
