注: 从发动机上拆下之前，活塞和连杆组件上已经作了标记。 所有的部件必须重新组装起来。 所有部件必须安装回它们在发动机中原来的位置。 请勿互换任何部件。

- 使用工具 (C) 拆掉旧轴承，同时安装新轴承 (6) 。 工具 (C) 的适配器应与连杆 (3) 的表面充分接触。
注: 将轴承接头两端方位 (X) 正确调整在 12 ± 5 度范围内。
- 沿长度 (Y) 加热连杆 (3) 。
(Y) 加热连杆的最大长度 ... 75 ± 5 mm (3.0 ± 0.2 in)
Show/hide table注意 在安装活塞销子轴承的时候，必须对连杆进行加热处理。 不要使用明火加热。
- 让连杆和轴承冷却到室温。
- 沿长度 (Y) 加热连杆 (3) 。

- 用下列程序安装活塞环 (4) 。
- 将控油环的弹簧安置在活塞体组件中的油环槽中。
- 将控油环安置在弹簧的上方。 安置控油环，使其开口与弹簧接头成 180 度。 使用工具 (A) 将控油环安装在活塞上。
- 使用工具 (A) 安装中间活塞环，使有 "UP-2" 标记的一侧朝向活塞顶部。
- 使用工具 (A) 安装顶部活塞环，使有 "UP-1" 标记的一侧朝向活塞顶部。
- 安置活塞环 (4) ，使端隙彼此相隔 120 度。

- 检查活塞环 (4) 的端隙。 请参阅技术规格, "活塞和活塞环"。
- 将活塞 (1) 放置在连杆 (3) 上。 将清洁的发动机机油涂抹在活塞销 (5) 上，并安装活塞销。 使用工具 (B) 安装挡圈 (2) 。 确保挡圈完全就位在活塞组件的环槽中。
