The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS53501" as the Part Number
and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

The existing pin bores can see early wear on certain HF201B Felling Heads. If the existing frames plates are not aligned, it can result in early wear to the pin bores and excessive slack at the bunching and accumulator arms. |
No parts needed for this program |
Refer to M0084421, Special Instruction, "Rework Procedure for the Grab Arm and the Collector Arm Pin Bores Alignment on Certain HF201B Felling Heads", in order to measure frame plates, and hole dimensions. Rework only if excessive play is noted in the bunch and gather arms, and the frame plates are outside tolerances noted in the Special Instruction. |
