Description of Change: A new check valve assembly is used on the air dryer group. The new check valve assembly is serviced as a unit. The former check valve assembly has serviceable parts.

Adaptable To: The new 118-5635 Check Valve Assembly is a direct replacement for the former check valve assembly located in the 2G-2159 Air Dryer Group and is adaptable to all earlier machines.

The former check valve assembly is a two piece valve that can be disassembled and serviced using 2G-7181 Check Valve Kit. The new check valve is a one piece design that must be replaced as a complete unit with 118-5635 Check Valve Assembly. Compare Illustration 1 and 2 to determine the proper service procedure.
