Description of Change: A new arm assembly is used in the belt tightener groups used on the 3516 Machine Engines used in the above machines. The arm assembly allows the use of a new spring assembly required with the increased fan speed on 994 Wheel Loaders. The new arm assembly is used on 793 and 793B Trucks for parts commonality.
Location of new 104-4772 Arm Assembly in belt tightener groups.
Adaptable To: The new 104-4772 Arm Assembly is a direct replacement for the former 9Y-8464 Arm Assembly in the 9Y-8898 and 102-9793 Belt Tightener Groups. The former arm assembly is canceled.
