Screened Filter For Implement Motor Case Drain Return Line{5720,4351,4921}

Usage:

Challenger 65C (2ZJ),
Challenger 75C (4KK) Agricultural Tractors

A screened fitting to protect the hydraulic system from contamination from the implement motor case drain is now available. Factory Shipped machines are equipped with a plug in the tank port.

The new 109-4028 Connector is adaptable to all Challenger 65C (2ZJ) and 75C (4KK) Agricultural Tractors. The new parts must be used together and are direct replacements for the former parts.

NOTE: The hydraulic tank on the C Series Challenger Tractors includes an SAE #12 O-Ring port for the return of implement motor case drain flow through a low restriction circuit. If the low pressure return port is used, an SAE #12 to #8 6V-1722 Adapter replaces the 9S-4183 Plug. The new 109-4028 Connector is then assembled into the adapter and provides a 13/16inch 16 male O-Ring face seal end for connection to a 1/2inch case drain line.

A 6V-9830 Cap (6) can be used to cap either the 109-4028 Connector (4) or a 6V-9851 Elbow (9) which may be used to improve hose routing. If a JIC connection is desired, use a 8C-7311 Adapter (3/4- 16 THD) (7), with or without the 6V-9851 Elbow. Cap the JIC Fitting with an 8S-4951 Cap (8).
