Usage:
NOTE: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
NOTE: Lubricate all parts with clean hydraulic oil during assembly.
1. Install the O-ring seal on plug (44). Install plug (44).
2. Install O-ring seal (43) on plug (42). Install O-ring seal (37) on plug (36). Install ball (41), plunger (40), spring (39) and set screw (38) under plug (36). Install plugs (36) and (42).
3. Install O-ring seal (30) on spool (31). Install O-ring seal (35) on plug (22). Install spool (31), spring seat (32), springs (33) and (34) under plug (22). Install plug (22).
4. Install two O-ring seals (23) on spool (24). Install O-ring seal (29) on plug (21). Install spool (24), piston (25), ball (26), plunger (27) and spring (28) under plug (21). Install plug (21).
5. Install O-ring seal (20) on plug (7). Install two O-ring seals (18) on spool (19). Install two springs (16), two pistons (17) and spool (19). Install plug (7).
6. Install O-ring seal (15) on plug (8). Install two spacers (9), washer (10), O-ring seal (11), plunger (12), piston (13), spring (14) and plug (8).
NOTE: The placement of two springs (16) and two pistons (17) is important to the proper functioning of the valve. Ensure that assembly is exactly as shown.
7. Install O-ring seals on fitting assemblies (1), (3), (4), (5) and (6). Install the fitting assemblies in brake accumulator charging valve (2), as shown.
