Usage:
NOTE: Check the condition of all O-ring seals and of all parts. If any components are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
1. Put service brake control valve (8) in position on mounting plate (3). Install two nuts (10) and the washers that hold service brake control valve (8) to mounting plate (3).
2. Install five hose assemblies (8) on the service brake control valve.
3. Put the mounting plate and the service brake control valve assembly in position in the cab, as shown.
4. Connect brake oil pressure gauge hose assemblies (6) and (7) (if equipped) to the service brake control valve.
5. Connect the wiring harness at electrical connector (5).
6. Connect five hose assemblies (4) to the bulkhead on the rear frame.
7. Install mounting plate (2). Install the six bolts and the washers that hold mounting plates (2) and (3) to the cab.
8. Install cover (1). Install the three bolts and the washers that hold cover (1) to the cab.
9. Purge the air from the service brakes. Refer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, Braking System, "Brake System Air - Purge" for the machine that is being serviced.
10. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the machine that is being serviced.

a. Remove the steering frame lock pin. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock Pin - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
