Usage:
Start By:
a. Remove the service brake control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Brake Control Valve (Service) - Remove" for the machine that is being serviced.
NOTE: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.
1. Remove plug (4), spring (2) and spool (1). Remove O-ring seal (3) from plug (4).
2. Remove dust cover (5).
3. Remove actuator assembly (11), spring (9), spring (8), shim pack (7) and actuator button (6). Remove O-ring seal (10) from actuator assembly (11).
4. Remove retaining ring (14), washer (13) and spool (12).
5. Remove two bolts (15) and the washers. Separate the valve housings.
6. Remove O-ring seals (19) and (20).
7. If necessary, remove plug (18) and fittings (16), (17) and (21) from the valve housings. Remove the O-ring seals from the plug and the fittings.
