Usage:
NOTE: Check the condition of all O-ring seals and of all parts. If any components are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
1. Install Tooling (A) on the steering control valve, as shown. Attach a hoist and suitable lifting chains to Tooling (A). Position the steering control valve on the rear frame. Install three bolts (14) and the washers that hold the steering control valve to the rear frame. The weight of the steering control valve is 45 kg (98 lb).
2. Put air conditioning hose assemblies (13) (if equipped) in position, as shown. Install hose clip (12).
3. Connect hose assemblies (8), (9), (10) and (11) to the steering control valve.
4. Connect hose assemblies (5), (6) and (7) to steering control valve (3).
5. Connect hose assemblies (1), (2) and (4) to steering control valve (3).
6. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the machine that is being serviced.

a. Remove the steering frame lock pin. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock Pin - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
