Usage:
NOTE: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
1. Use Tooling (A) to install the lip seal in the valve body. Install the seal until it makes contact with the counterbore in the valve body and with the lip of the seal facing toward the inside of the valve body.
2. Put clean hydraulic oil on all parts of the valve. Install spool (7) and spring (8) in the valve body.
3. Check the condition of the O-ring seal on plug (5). If the seal is worn or damaged use a new part for replacement. Install the O-ring on plug (5) and install the plug in the valve body.
4. Install boot (4) on the end of the valve body.
5. Check the condition of the O-ring seal used on plug (3). If the seal is worn or damaged replace with a new part. Install the O-ring seal on the plug.
6. Install ball (1), spring (2) and plug (3) in the valve body.
