Usage:
NOTE: Check the condition of all O-ring seals and of all parts. If any components are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
1. Install the O-ring seals on four fittings (16). Install the fittings in the valve body.
2. Install bracket (17) and nut (18). Tighten two socket head screws (19).
3. Install hand control (15) and four bolts (14).
4. Install cover (12) and two bolts (13).
5. Install cover (11) and two bolts (10).
6. Put pilot control valve (4) in position on the operator's station door, as shown. Install three bolts (9), the nuts and the washers.
7. Connect hose assemblies (7) and (8) to the steering pilot control valve.
8. Connect electrical connector (6).
9. Connect hose assemblies (3) and (5) to steering pilot control valve (4).
10. Put cover (2) in position on the operator's station door. Install the four bolts and the washers that hold cover (2) to the operator's station door.
11. Put cover (1) in position on the operator's station door. Install the three bolts and the washers that hold cover (1) to the operator's station door.
12. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the machine that is being serviced.
