New Fuel Injection Pump Group{1251}
Usage:
3406C (8PN) Truck Engines
Description of Change: A new fuel injection pump group is now available. The new pump group is identical to the previous 3406C pump groups except for a new check valve. The new fuel injection pump check valve has been released as a result of changing emissions requirements. The pump check valve is located in the bonnet and is responsible for maintaining stable hydraulic pressure during fuel injection.
Adaptable To: The new 115-5703 Fuel Injection Pump Group and the new 115-5705 Check Valve Assembly cannot be used to service previous pump groups. The new pump group is effective with 3406C (8PN1-up) Truck Engines.
