Installation Procedure

- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto the heat exchanger. The weight of the heat exchanger is approximately 64 kg (140 lb). Position the heat exchanger onto the engine.

- Install U-bolts (4) hand tight.

- Connect tube assemblies (2) and connect clamp assemblies (1) .
- Connect hoses (3) onto heat exchanger (5) .
- Tighten U-bolts (4) .
- Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".
