Removal Procedure for Generator Mounted Control Panel
- Open the access panel (1).

- Remove top panel mounting bolts (3). Remove the panel (4).

(4) Access panel - Open the access panel (1).
- Disconnect harness assembly (5).

(13) Suitable lifting device locations - Provide enough lift in order to remove the mounting bolts (11). Repeat this step on the opposite side of the terminal box.

(11) Mounting bolt - Use the suitable lifting device to remove terminal box (10).
Installation Procedure for Generator Mounted Control Panel
- Attach a suitable lifting device to terminal box (10). The weight of terminal box (10) is approximately
73 kg (160 lb) . Refer to Illustration 9. - Use the suitable lifting device in order to position terminal box (10).
- Install bolts (11) and repeat this step on the opposite side. Refer to Illustration 10.

Some 3000 frame generators are shipped with Wall Mount controls which are separate from the package and mounted by the customer or contractor. Illustration 19 is a typical example of a wall mounted control panel used for the 3000 frame generators.
