  1. Drain the coolant from the cooling system into a suitable container for storage or for disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change".

  1. Disconnect clamp assemblies (1) and disconnect tube assemblies (2) .

  1. Disconnect hoses (3) .

  1. Remove U-bolts (4) from heat exchanger (5) .

  1. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto the heat exchanger. The weight of the heat exchanger is approximately 64 kg (140 lb).

  1. Remove the heat exchanger.
