Removal Procedure

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal at the battery.

2. Loosen allen head screws (1). Disconnect the harness assemblies from electronic control module (2) .

3. Remove bolts (3) .

4. Remove electronic control module (2) and remove the isolation mounts.

5. Remove supports (4) and remove the inboard electronic control module.

Installation Procedure

1. Position isolation mounts on the inboard electronic control module.

2. Position the inboard electronic control module and install supports (4) .

3. Position the isolation mounts on electronic control module (2) and install the electronic control module.

4. Install bolts (3) .

5. Connect the harness assemblies to electronic control module (2). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 6 ± 1 N·m (53 ± 9 lb in). Repeat this step for the inboard electronic control module.

6. Connect the negative battery terminal at the battery.
