  1. 使用 6V-7059 千分尺来测量以下几项的厚度:

    • (X) 隔板

    • (Y) 隔板垫圈

    • (Z) 缸套凸缘

    注: 为了确定缸套凸出量,用缸套凸缘的厚度减去隔板和垫圈的厚度。

    (1) 3H-0465 推拉工具盘
    (2) 1P-2403 千分表
    (3) 1P-2402 仪表体
    (4) 1A-0075 螺栓和 3B-1925 垫圈 (铜质)
    (5) 间隔板
    (6) 1U-9895 十字挡块

  1. 在缸体上安装新的密封垫和隔板 (5)。

  2. 在不装密封或止水填充带的情况下把缸套安装到缸体内。

  3. 按照以下步骤把隔板 (5) 和缸套固定到位:

    1. 将 4 个 3B-1925 垫圈 (铜质)和 4 个 1A-0075 螺栓 (4) 安装到隔板 (5) 周围。 均匀拧紧螺栓至扭矩为 95 N·m (70 lb ft)

    2. 安装以下部件: 1U-9895 十字挡块 (6)、2 个 3H-0465 推拉板 (1) 和 2 个 8F-6123 螺栓。 确保 1U-9895 十字挡块 (6) 位于缸套的中心。 确保缸套表面清洁。 均匀拧紧螺栓至扭矩为 70 N·m (50 lb ft)

    3. 检查 1U-9895 十字挡块 (6) 下沿与隔板 (5) 上沿之间的距离。 在 1U-9895 十字挡块两端的垂直距离必须相等。

  4. 使用 8T-0455 缸套凸出量工具总成 (6) 来测量缸套凸出量。

  5. 1P-2403 千分表 (2) 安装到 1P-2402 仪表体 (3) 上。 使用 1P-5507 仪表缸体后部将千分表 (2) 归零。

  6. 请参阅表 1,了解缸套凸出量的正确值。

  7. 在等距的4点读取缸套凸缘外侧的测量值。 不要在凸缘内侧读取测量值。 各缸套周围四个位置处的最大测量值与最小测量值之间允许的最大差值为 0.05 mm (0.002 inch)。 同一缸套上四个测量值之间的最大允许差值不得超过 。 0.05 mm (0.002 inch)

注: 如果缸套凸出量仍然不在规格范围内,将该缸套转动到缸筒内的另外一个位置。 再次测量凸出量。 如果缸套凸出量仍然不在规格范围内,把该缸套移到不同的缸筒内。 检查缸体的上表面。

注: 当缸套凸出量正确时,在缸套和隔板上作标记。 确保能够识别某一缸套的相应气缸。 安装密封和止水填充带时,将缸套安装在做了标记的位置。
