  1. Install plugs (115) and the O-ring seals. Install plug (114) and the O-ring seal into housing (111).

    Note: Use a suitable punch to install inner sleeve (110A), outer sleeve (110B), and filter (110C).

  3. Install filter assemblies (110).

  4. Use Tooling (D) and a suitable press to install bearing (109) onto shaft assembly (107).

  5. Install retaining ring (108) onto shaft assembly (107).

  6. Rotate the piston pump housing to a horizontal position. Install shaft assembly (107) and retaining ring (106).

  7. Return the piston pump housing to a vertical position. Install bearing races (105).

    Note: Ensure that pins on the roller bearings are located into the holes in the pump case.

  8. Install roller bearings (104).

  9. Install slide block (103) and seals (102) into servo piston (101).

  10. Install servo piston (101) onto swashplate (100).

  11. Install servo piston (101) and swashplate (100) as a unit into the pump housing.

  12. Install O-ring seal (99) onto servo can (96). Repeat for the opposite side.

  13. Install servo can (96) into the piston pump housing to the length determined in the disassembly. install locking plate (98) and bolts (97). Repeat for the opposite side.

  23. Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to head assembly (79). Install head assembly (79). The weight of head assembly (79) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).

Install O-ring seal (68) onto adjustment screw (69). Install seal nut (70) onto adjustment screw (69) at the length determined in the disassembly. Install adjustment screw (69) into control (58).

  34. Install O-ring seal (53) onto relief valve (48). Install adjustment screw (51) into relief valve (48) at the length determined in the disassembly. Install seal nut (52) onto adjustment screw (51). Install relief valve (48) into the head.

  35. Install bracket (50) and bolts (49).
