Lubrication Distribution Manifold - Remove and Install

Usage:

Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the rear bottom guard.

  1. Drain the power train oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Power Train System Oil and Screens - Change/Clean".

  2. Loosen the bolts and disconnect hose assembly (1).

  3. Remove the bolts and disconnect hose assembly (2).

  4. Disconnect hose assembly (3).

  5. Remove bolts (4) and manifold (5).

    Note: The hose assembly will remain attached to manifold (5).

  6. Remove bolts (6), lubrication distribution manifold (7), and plate (8).

  7. Remove O-ring seals (9) and O-ring seals (10) from plate (8).

  8. Remove plate (8) from lubrication distribution manifold (7).

  9. Remove O-ring seals (11) and O-ring seals (12) from lubrication distribution manifold (7).

  10. Remove bolts (13) and cover (14) from lubrication distribution manifold (7).

  11. Use a suitable hammer and punch to remove relief valve (15) from lubrication distribution manifold (7).

  12. Remove plug assembly (16) from lubrication distribution manifold (7).

  13. Remove O-ring seal (17), backup ring (18), O-ring seal (19), backup ring (20), and O-ring seal (21) from plug assembly (16).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install lubrication distribution manifold (7) in the reverse order of removal.

    1. Tighten plug assembly (16) to a maximum torque of 34 N·m (25 lb ft).
