Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the hydraulic track adjusters. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Track Adjusters - Remove".

1. Remove two bolts (1) from each stop (2) .

2. Remove stops (2) from the track roller frame.

3. Attach an appropriate lifting device and a hoist to recoil spring (3) .

4. Remove the recoil spring (3). The weight of the recoil spring is 135 kg (300 lb).

5. Repeat Steps 1 through 4 for the left side of the machine.

Installation Procedure

1. Attach an appropriate lifting device and a hoist to recoil spring (3) .

2. Position recoil spring (3) in the track roller frame. The weight of the recoil spring is 135 kg (300 lb).

3. Install two stops (2) .

4. Install bolts (1) .

5. Repeat Steps 1 through 4 for the left side of the machine.

End By: Install the hydraulic track adjusters. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Track Adjusters - Install".
