Parking Brake Actuator - Install
Installation Procedure
- Clean all parts and inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new Caterpillar parts for replacement.
- Install parking brake actuator (6) to the transmission case. Align the yoke rod end with the parking brake lever. Install two nuts (7) to parking brake actuator (6) . Torque two nuts (7) to 120 ± 10 N·m (89 ± 7 lb ft) .

- Connect hose (5) to parking brake actuator (6) and tighten retaining nut (4) . Install clevis pin (2) and cotter pin (1) to yoke rod end (3) and the parking brake lever.
