Removal Procedure
- Put identification marks on all lines, hoses, wires, and tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses and tubes. This helps prevent fluid loss and contamination of the oil system.
- Remove four bolts (1) and two half flanges (2) from vane pump (3) . Disconnect hose (4) from vane pump (3) . Remove four bolts (5) and two half flanges (6) from vane pump (3) . Disconnect hose (7) from vane pump (3) . Loosen retaining nut (8) and disconnect hose (9) from vane pump (3) .

At operating temperature the implement hydraulic oil tank is hot and under pressure. Hot oil can cause burns. To prevent possible injury, release the pressure in the implement hydraulic system before hydraulic lines or components are disconnected or removed. |

- Attach a nylon lifting strap and a hoist to vane pump (3) . Remove two bolts (10) and vane pump (3) from speed reducer (11) . Vane pump (3) weighs 30 kg (65 lb) .
