Installation Procedure

1. Check the condition of the O-ring seals on the ends of the hose assemblies. If either of the O-ring seals is damaged, use new parts for replacement.

2. Install coupling (6) on the pump drive.

3. Install O-ring seal (5) on the pilot pump.

4. Install pilot pump (2) and bolts (4).

5. Install two hose assemblies (3).

6. Close platform door (1).

7. Fill the implement hydraulic tank with oil. For the correct procedure, refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for your machine.

8. Start the engine and check for leaks. Check for proper operation of the implement hydraulics.

1. Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
