Water Pump - Install
- Put a new gasket for the water pump elbow in place. Install water pump (1). Install the bolts and the washers that hold the water pump and the elbow in place.

Illustration 2 g00991865 - Put a thin layer of engine oil on seal (3).
- Put a new gasket between the exhaust manifold and tube assembly (2) in position. Install tube assembly (2) and the bolts that hold the tube assembly in place.
- Tighten the hose clamp on the hose to the oil cooler.

Illustration 3 g00991870 - Install clip (4) with the bolt and the washer. Clip (4) holds the breather tube in place.
- Connect the hose from the radiator to the water pump.
- Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct filling procedure.
