Carburetor - Install
- Install a new gasket on carburetor (1). Place carburetor (1) into position.

Illustration 3 g00991667 - Slide hose (4) into position on carburetor (1). Tighten two clamps (3).
- Connect the joint assembly to the carburetor with clamp (6). Tighten the nut on the clamp to a torque of
5.5 ± 0.5 N·m (49 ± 4 lb in) . - Fasten control rod (5) to the carburetor lever on carburetor (1).
- Check the linkage adjustment. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Governor Adjustments" for the engine that is being serviced.
