MID 036 - CID 1495 - FMI 02 Injector Trim Codes Not Programmed

电子控制模块（ECM）检测到一个或多个喷油器调整代码尚未设置。 ECM 已通电三秒钟。
系统响应:
以上 CID-FMI 代码记录在存储器中。 发动机将起动。 对于尚未设置的喷油器调整代码，ECM 将使用默认设置 0000。
测试步骤 1. 对缺失的喷油器调整代码进行设置
- 将卡特彼勒电子技师（ET）连接到维修工具连接器上。
- 进入喷油器调整代码的校准屏幕。
- 输入相应气缸的喷油器底部所印的喷油器调整代码。
结果:
- 正常 - 已输入喷油器调整代码。
修复: 输入喷油器调整代码后，将发动机控制开关转到 OFF 位置。 让发动机控制开关在 OFF 位置上保持三秒。 然后再将发动机控制开关转到 ON 位置。 该诊断代码应不再存在。
