Start By:
- Release the hydraulic system oil pressure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "System Pressure - Release".
- Remove the center drive shaft. Refer to Power Train, "Drive Shaft (Center) - Remove and Install".

- Install Tooling (A) under the front frame, as shown. Refer to Tool Operating Manual, NEHS1303, "Lift Group (Stand - 25 Ton)" for more information on Tooling (A).

Illustration 12 g01082051 - Attach a suitable lift truck to the rear frame, as shown. Use a chain (18) to connect the rear frame to the lift truck, as shown.

- Raise the cab and remove the wood blocks that were installed in step 5. Lower the cab and install the cab mounting bolts that were removed in step 3. Leave the suitable lifting device connected to the top of the cab.

Use the suitable lifting device that is connected to the cab and the lift truck to slowly separate rear frame (25) from the front frame. Support the front of rear frame (25) on Tooling (D), as shown. Support the rear of the rear frame (25) by using Tooling (E) and (F).
