Tie Rod (Steering)(Front) - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
Start By:
- Remove the front tires. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tire and Rim (Front) - Remove and Install".
- Remove cotter pin (3) and nut (1) .

- Install a suitable full nut in order to separate the tie rod from the steering knuckle. Remove the full nut.
- Disconnect tie rod (2) .
- Hold cylinder assembly (4). Loosen sleeve (5) in order to remove tie rod (2) .

Installation Procedure
- Hold cylinder assembly (4). Tighten sleeve (5) in order to install tie rod (2) .

- Connect tie rod (2) .

- Install nut (1) and cotter pin (3) .
End By: Install the front tires. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tire and Rim (Front) - Remove and Install".
