Accumulator Charging Valve (Brake) - Install

Usage:

R2900G GLK

Installation Procedure

Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

  1. Install brake accumulator charging valve (1) and two bolts (6) .

  1. Connect adapter (5) .

  1. Connect hose assembly (4) .

  1. Connect hose assembly (3) (not shown) and hose assembly (2) .

  1. Purge the air from the braking system. Refer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Braking System Air - Purge".

  1. Test the brake accumulator charging valve. Refer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Accumulator Charging Valve (Brake) - Test and Adjust".

  1. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check".

End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
