Accumulator Charging Valve (Brake) - Install
Installation Procedure
Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.
- Install brake accumulator charging valve (1) and two bolts (6) .

- Connect adapter (5) .
- Connect hose assembly (4) .
- Connect hose assembly (3) (not shown) and hose assembly (2) .

- Purge the air from the braking system. Refer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Braking System Air - Purge".
- Test the brake accumulator charging valve. Refer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Accumulator Charging Valve (Brake) - Test and Adjust".
- Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check".
End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
