Muffler and Exhaust Extension - Remove and Install

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove two bolts and washers (2) from guard (1).

  1. Remove two bolts and washers (3) from the muffler mounting brackets.

  1. Lift muffler (4) and the exhaust extension from the exhaust manifold.

Installation Procedure

  1. Position the exhaust extension on the manifold and put muffler (4) in position.

  1. Install two bolts and washers (3) in the muffler mounting brackets.

  1. Install two bolts and washers (2) in the guard (1) .
