Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the radiator.

1. Remove bolts and washers (2) in upper tank assembly (1) .

2. Remove bolts and washers (3) on both sides of the radiator.

3. Remove bolts and washers (4) from strap assemblies (5) .

4. Remove core assemblies (6) and the end seals from the lower tank.
