Installation Procedure

1. The weight of the radiator is approximately 41 kg (90 lb). Use two people to position the radiator in guard assembly (10) .

2. Install two bolts (9) and the washers on each side of radiator guard assembly (10). Install two bolts and washers on the bottom of the radiator (not shown).

3. Install bolts, washers, and brackets (7) and shield assemblies (8) .

4. Install drain hose (6) and hose clamp (5) .

5. Install lower tube assembly (3) and hose clamp (4) .

6. Install upper tube assembly (1) and hose clamp (2) .

End By: Install the radiator guard.
