Assembly Procedure

Note: Be sure that the core assemblies and the holes in the top and bottom radiator tanks are clean and free of any foreign material.

Use 5P-3975 Rubber Lubricant to lightly lubricate the inside diameter of the following items:

• Sealing surface of the seals

• Top and bottom tanks

• Core assemblies

Liquid soap may be used in place of rubber lubricant.

The seals that are used on the top of the core assemblies are different from the seals that are used on the bottom. Be sure that the correct seal is installed on each end of the core assembly.

1. Install the correct end seals on core assemblies (6). Install the core assemblies into the tanks.

2. Install strap assemblies (5) with bolts and washers (4) .

3. Install bolts and washers (3) on both sides of the radiator.

4. Install bolts and washers (2) in upper tank (1) .

End By: Install the radiator.
