Fuel Transfer Pump - Assemble

Usage:

Assembly Procedure


NOTICE

Be sure that all parts of the fuel transfer pump are clean before assembly.

  1. Install valve assembly (18) into housing (1) .

  1. Put clean diesel fuel on seal (19). Install the seal onto cover (17). Use the two screws to install cover (17) onto housing (1) .

  1. Put clean diesel fuel on seal (8). Install the seal and guide and tappet assembly (9) in housing (1) .

  1. Put clean diesel fuel on O-ring seal (11). Install the seal onto sleeve (10). Install sleeve (10) in housing (1) .

  1. Install piston (12) in sleeve (10) .

  1. Put clean diesel fuel on seal (13). Put the seal, valve assembly (14), and washer (15) into position in piston (10) .

  1. Put clean diesel fuel on O-ring seals (4) and (5). Install the O-ring seals and valve assembly (6) into cover (3) .

  1. Put the spring and cover (2) in position on housing (1) and install the bolts.

End By: Install the fuel transfer pump.
