Assembly Procedure

1. Put bearing assembly (9) in position in hub (6). Install seal (12) in hub (6). Install the seal with the lip toward the inside of the hub. Put a thin coat of 2S-3230 Bearing Lubricant on the lip of the seal.

2. Install spacer (10) on the shaft of bracket assembly (5) .

Note: Be sure that you put four mounting bolts (12) in position in bracket assembly (5) before you install the hub and the pulley.

3. Put hub (6) in position on the bracket assembly.

4. Install spacer (8) in hub (6) .

5. Fill the cavity between the bearings with 2S-3230 Bearing Lubricant and install bearing assembly (7) .

6. Put the pulley in position on hub (6). Put the washer in position on the hub and install two bolts (4) .

7. Install O-ring seal (3) .

8. Put adapter (1) in position on the pulley and install bolts and nuts (2) .

End By: Install the fan drive.
