Air Cleaner - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure

- Remove wing nut (1) on top of the prescreener assembly. Remove cover (2) .
- Remove cover (3) (clear plastic).

- Remove vane assembly (4) (black plastic).

- Loosen two hose clamps (6). Remove air outlet hose (5) .

- Remove four bolts and washers (7) .

- Lower air cleaner (8) from the left side of the machine.
Installation Procedure
- Place air cleaner (8) in position and install four bolts and washers (7) .

- Assemble air outlet hose (5) to the air cleaner and to the inlet pipe. Tighten two hose clamps (6) .

- Install vane assembly (4) (black plastic) in the prescreener assembly.

- Install cover (3) (clear plastic) in the prescreener assembly.

- Install cover (2) and wing nut (1) in the precleaner assembly.
