The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS53990" as the Part Number
and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

The existing 185-7120 Drawbar Shaft may not have proper weld penetration on certain 14M3, 16M3, and 18M3 Motor Graders. If the existing drawbar shaft does not have proper penetration it can crack. |

If crack is noticed the weld needs to be excavated and re-welded. Please refer to the following images for the rework procedure. Refer to the Service Manual and OMM if/as necessary. |
