Description of Change: A new cover and plate assembly are used in the oil level contactor groups on these engines. The new cover and new plate assembly provide improved resistance to vibration damage.

Adaptable To: The new 169-9519 Cover and 169-9517 Plate Assembly replace the former 9Y-9944 Cover and 9Y-9928 Plate Assembly in the 7E-7173, 9Y-9930, and 9Y-9932 Oil Level Contactor Groups on these engines. The new cover and plate assembly are in effect as listed in the subtitle. When used together, the new 169-9519 Cover and 169-9517 Plate Assembly can be used to replace the former 9Y-9944 Cover and 9Y-9928 Plate Assembly in all earlier engines.
