PROBLEM
The existing oil level gauges (dipsticks) and guide tubes on the engine can fail on certain 797, and 797B Off-Highway Trucks. This includes the front engine, rear engine, and the engine coupler. If existing oil level gauges fail, the operator will not be able to verify current oil levels, which could result in the crankcase being under filled with oil. |
