PARTS NEEDED
No parts needed for this program |
ACTION REQUIRED
The conformance to the torque specification may be evaluated by a static inspection torque after assembly. Inspect the joint for looseness or damage and check the static torque. The 1D-4643 Bolts do not have a torque turn requirement so they may be checked using a static torque check. The torque that the fastener, threaded connector, etc., shall withstand without movement. Static inspection torque provides an indication that minimum assembly requirements have been achieved. Each bolt of the circle of bolts should be checked to 1075 N.m (793 lb ft). If movement is found on any bolt, finish tightening to 1125 +/-50 N.m (830 +/- 37 lb ft). |
