Normal Operation
变速箱 ECM 控制换档点。 以下所列为变速箱换档所需的基本部件及相应要求。
- ECM 必须要知道所需档位。
- 变速箱换档控制提供接地信号。
- 该接地信号随选择的档位变化。
- 变速箱 ECM 也支持 J1939 换档杆。
- ECM 必须要知道变速箱的输出转速。
- 一个 TOS 传感器告知 ECM 变速箱输出轴的转速。
- 该 TOS 提供此信息。
- 输出转速传感器向 ECM 提供与变矩器转速有关的信息。
- 变速箱起到手动换档的作用。
- 变速箱换至换档杆选定的档位。
- ECM 必须用电力进行变速箱换档。
- ECM 使用两个独立的电磁阀输出来进行变速箱换档。
- 变速箱一次只能换入一个档位。
- ECM 用电力使两个电磁阀通电来进行变速箱换档操作。
以下所列为变速箱换档的例外情况。
除非发动机转速低于 825 rpm 且变速箱输出轴转速低于 1500 rpm,否则 ECM 不会将变速箱换至驻车档。 这可避免损坏离合器和盘,从而防止变速箱过早出现故障。 如果变速箱输出轴转速超过 1500 rpm,切勿尝试从前进档换至驻车档。
变速箱不允许在不相邻的档位之间直接换档。 变速箱允许自动顺序换档和顺序降档。 如果允许换档,变速箱将会从当前档位顺序升档至所需档位。 变速箱会在每个档位停留一段最少时间,以避免离合器打滑以及损坏变速箱。
有四个事件会记录在变速箱 ECM 中:
- 变矩器油温高
- 变速箱油滤清器堵塞
- 变速箱误操作
- 转速传感器冲突
