Oil Filter Differential Pressure Problem

1. 检查代码

A. 将 Caterpillar 电子技师(ET)连接到维修工具接头上。 如有必要,请参阅故障诊断与排除, "电子维修工具"。

B. 在执行任何故障诊断与排除或清除故障诊断代码前,从发动机 ECM 下载"产品状态报告"。

C. 确定指向此步骤的故障诊断代码是否存在。

D. 针对指向此步骤的事件代码,检查有无系统相关的激活的诊断代码。
   

99-16
   

结果:存在相关代码。

修理:在继续进行此测试前,诊断并排除所有相关代码。

结果:存在代码 99-16。

转至下一步。

结果:没有激活的代码

2. 更换机油滤清器。

A. 重新起动发动机,检查更换后的滤清器有无激活的事件代码。
   

99-16
   

结果:起动发动机后,更换滤清器的 99-16 事件代码不再处于激活状态。

结果:起动发动机后,更换滤清器的 99-16 事件代码仍处于激活状态。

故障未排除,转至下一步骤。
   

3. 检查机油压力传感器

A. 在发动机停机时,使用 Cat ET 比较以下参数的状态:

- 未经过滤的机油压力(绝对)
- 发动机机油压力(绝对)
   

参数

   

结果:发动机关闭时,传感器读取大气压力。

结果:发动机关闭时,一个传感器没有读取大气压力。

修理:对传感器电路进行故障诊断与排除。

4. 检查传感器电路部件

A. 检查怀疑有故障的传感器、导线和接头有无损坏和腐蚀。 参考故障排除, "电气接头 - 检查"以了解与间歇性电气故障相关的信息。

修理:修理或更换电路部件。

结果:电路部件没有损坏或腐蚀。

修理:更换传感器。
