Periksa sabuk 20 hingga 40 jam setelah penyalaan awal. Ganti sabuk setiap 3000 jam servis.
Periksa keausan dan retakan pada sabuk. Ganti sabuk jika sabuk tidak dalam kondisi yang baik.
Periksa tegangan sabuk sesuai informasi di Buku Petunjuk Spesifikasi, "Tabel Tegangan Sabuk".
Selip dari sabuk yang kendur dapat mengurangi efisiensi komponen yang digerakkan. Getaran dari sabuk yang kendur dapat menyebabkan keausan yang tidak perlu pada komponen berikut:
- Sabuk
- Puli
- Bearing
- Lepaskan pelindung sabuk.

(2) Lubang persegi untuk ratchet - Masukkan ratchet dengan penggerak persegi ke lubang persegi yang terletak di tensioner untuk sabuk.
- Putar tensioner berlawanan arah jarum jam untuk melepas tegangan pada sabuk. Lepaskan sabuk.
- Pasang sabuk yang baru dengan benar, seperti yang ditunjukkan pada gambar. Pastikan sabuk terpasang sepenuhnya di puli. Tegangan yang benar akan diterapkan secara otomatis saat ratchet dilepaskan.
- Pasang pelindung sabuk.
