Air/Fuel Ratio Control - NOX Feedback

  • "排放反馈模式配置"

  • "所需发动机排气 NOx 含量设置"

  • "空气 / 燃油比例增益"

  • "空气 / 燃油积分增益"

空燃比控制

系统含有电子燃料计量阀、ECM 输出驱动器和 ECM 工况图。 ECM 补偿对燃油 BTU 的变化,从而保持预期排放水平。

无论何时启用空燃比控制,都可通过"排放反馈模式"配置控制空燃比。

下列步骤讲述基本操作:

  1. ECM 使用以下因数,以便确定期望的燃油流速:

    • 预期发动机转速

    • 实际发动机转速

    • 计算的发动机负载

    • 排气中的 NOX

    ECM 监控传感器,以便确定排气中的 NOX 量。

  2. ECM 确定期望的燃油流速,以便实现排气中的 NOX 符合期望的含量。 ECM 制定燃油流量的指令信号。 该信号通过 CAN 数据链路发送到电子燃油计量阀。
