(1) Body

Apply 4C-9614 Silicone Sealant between the body and the cover of the air shutoff prior to assembly.

(2) Capscrew

Lubricate the threads of the capscrew with 4C-5598 High Temperature Anti-Seize prior to assembly.

Torque ... 7 ± 1 N·m (62 ± 9 lb in)

(3) Capscrew

Lubricate the threads of the capscrews with 4C-5598 High Temperature Anti-Seize prior to assembly.

Torque ... 9.5 ± 1.5 N·m (84 ± 13 lb in)

(4) Shaft assembly

Lubricate the shaft with 4C-5598 High Temperature Anti-Seize prior to assembly.

The actuation force for the valve must not exceed 0.169 kN (38 lb).
