Removal Procedure

1. Remove the belts.

2. Remove bolts (2) and crankshaft vibration damper (1) from the crankshaft pulley.

3. Remove bolts (3) and plate (4).

4. Remove crankshaft pulley (5).

Installation Procedure

1. Position crankshaft pulley (5) on the crankshaft. Position plate (4) and install bolts (3). Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 200 ± 25 N·m (148 ± 18 lb ft).

2. Install crankshaft vibration damper (1). Tighten bolts (2) to a torque of 55 ± 10 N·m (40 ± 7 lb ft).

3. Install the belts.
