Engine Oil Cooler - Install
Installation Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Lubricate all O-ring seals with 1U-6396 O-Ring Assembly Compound .
- Put the gasket and engine oil cooler (8) in position on the cylinder block. Install fourteen bolts (7) that fasten engine oil cooler (8) to the cylinder block.

- Install engine oil cooler bypass valve (6) in engine oil cooler (8) .
- Position housing (5) on the engine oil cooler. Install six bolts (4) that fasten housing (5) to the engine oil cooler.

- Install the oil lines and tighten fittings (1), (2), and (3) .
End By: Install the heat exchanger. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Heat Exchanger - Install".
